TRAEGER/KOEMPEL FAMILY MEMORIES

This is a private webpage featuring memorabilia (e.g., home videos, recordings and documents, etc.) of interest to the Traeger/Koempel families.

This webpage was inspired by my last visit with Bob Traeger, Sr. He’d surprised me by asking if I “still had those old Christmas recordings” I’d started back in 1966.

I said yes I did, and he said, “I’d like to see them sometime.”

Unfortunately, he never got to see them as he died about two weeks later.

That got me to thinking that if I don’t post these old home movies and share other various family remembrances sooner than later, these old memories will be lost to posterity!

The video links below are classified as “UNLISTED” which means that you must have the link to view the videos (i.e., without the links, the general public doesn’t have access to these videos.)

This webpage is intended just for relatives and close friends of the Traeger and Koempel families, and this page cannot be found via an internet query.

The currently-posted media are just the “tip of the iceberg” as many more videos and mementos will be added on a regular basis. So, if you miss the Facebook and/or email alerts that I’ve been sending out, you can always catch up with the current postings right here—so, bookmark this site.

Enjoy the memories! —Doug (Jan. 15, 2023)
